Kadoi-san is a veteran of the food industry in New York City. He has over ten years of experience, including managing SAKAGURA, the most famous Sake Restaurant in town, and he is a former manager of Robataya New York (231 E 9th street, NYC). We all wish him luck and success as he pursues his next business challenges in Manhattan this fall. Kadoi-san is wearing his tenugui as a twisted head-band, called Nejiri Hachimaki. It looks so stylish with his Samue (Japanese monk uniform). Cheers to making his next dreams come true!
